Fees Payable by Landlords

All fees listed below are inclusive of VAT

For Residential Lettings

Full Management Service from 18% of rental income (final fee confirmed in writing prior to instruction)

• Market the property with images and advertise on relevant portals.
• Collect monthly rent from tenant and remit to landlord.
• Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions.
• Inform all relevant utility providers of change of tenancy.
• Advising and arranging deposit protection related issues.
• Arranging Rent Guarantee on landlord's request.
• Undertake three inspection visits per year and notify landlord of the outcome with a detailed report of property condition.
• Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors (providing at least two or more quotes).
• Hold keys throughout the tenancy term.

PLEASE NOTE: Routine repairs will be arranged in accordance with the landlord's agreed authority limits as set out in the management agreement.

Let & Rent Collection Service from 15% of rental income (final fee confirmed in writing prior to instruction)

• Inform all relevant utility providers of change of tenancy.

Let Only (Introduction Only) Service from 12% of rental income (final fee confirmed in writing prior to instruction)

• Market the property, advertise on relevant portals.
• Inform all relevant utility providers of change of tenancy.
• Advising and arranging deposit protection related issues.
• Arranging Rent Guarantee on landlord's request.
