• Market the property with images and advertise on relevant portals.
• Collect monthly rent from tenant and remit to landlord.
• Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions.
• Inform all relevant utility providers change of tenancy.
• Advising and arranging deposit protection related issues.
• Arranging Rent Guarantee on land lord’s request.
• Undertake four inspection (quarterly) visits per annum
• Notify landlord of the outcome with a detailed report of property condition.
• Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors. (providing at least two or more quotes)
• Hold keys throughout the tenancy term.

Let Only Services 12% of rental income

Inventory Costs Per property

Check-in and check-out inventory will be an additional cost to the Landlord.
