Commission becomes payable upon completion of the sale.
Where contracts are exchanged but completion does not take place, Agent commission will be due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Commission remains payable if a purchaser introduced by Glenmore Property Services proceeds to exchange contracts within 24 months of the termination of our instruction.
