Presenting your property and marketing is vital to finding the right tenant. Before we can market your property, we require the following documents - proof of ownership, EPC, EICR, and gas safety certificates. Our lettings agent will go through all requirements with you. First impressions count, making your property stand out to a tenant is key. If there are any repairs needed before a potential tenant views your property, now is the time to get it done. Consider having as much light coming into your property during any viewings.
Now your job is done, we will take over. We will find you a tenant and organise viewings. We will post your property on our website, socials, and several portals. All viewings will be accompanied by a member of staff. Any offers we get for your property, we will directly send them to you for your consideration.
Once you have accepted an offer, Glenmore will now collect the relevant references from the tenant and carry out the necessary background checks. We will arrange the Tenancy Agreement and have these signed by both parties, as well as collecting the deposit and the rental payment in advance. We will arrange for the inventory inspection to be done before the tenants move in. The references and inventory inspection are payable by the landlord. Upon completion, keys will be given to the new tenant by a member of staff.
