• Maintain personal hygiene regime; washing/sanitising hands and keeping our offices clean at all times
• Wear face coverings should you raise this as your preference when dealing with a member of our staff
• Offer virtual viewings and remote valuations
• Ask whether any party is showing symptoms or has been asked to self-isolate or shield before going ahead with any physical appointments
• Aim to limit the length of time you are present at the property to what is absolutely necessary to limit close contact with the owner/tenant/viewer
• Ask that windows are opened to allow the free flow of air to help control the spread, and surfaces in properties are sanitised prior to viewings
• Where possible, recommend practicing some level of social distancing during the appointment.
